WHO?

 Hi, I’m glad you’re here.

I’m Conny Lochelfeld, a psychologist (Dipl.-Psych.) specialized in work and organizational psychology.

I live in Berlin with my partner and our two sons.
For more than 15 years, I worked in start-ups and in a multinational corporation at the intersection of HR and IT.
Numbers, reporting tools, large teams, complex projects and systems – that was my daily business.
I was good at it and advanced quickly.
What I loved most:
Watching people grow beyond themselves to achieve shared goals.

However in 2025, I closed that chapter and what remained is my superpower:
Holding stillness and structure in the midst of chaos.

Today, I bring my leadership, project, and organizational experience into coaching – helping people find clarity, reconnect with themselves and step into their potential. 
 

Since 2015, I’ve been a certified coach in Inquiry-Based Stress Reduction (The Work by Byron Katie) and I’m currently training as a systemic coach at the artop Institute of Humboldt University in Berlin.
