Clarity is not a luxury
It’s the foundation of good leadership - and of a good life.
WHY COACHING?
Because growth rarely fails due to a lack of knowledge - but due to a lack of clarity.
Coaching creates space to pause, gain perspective, and truly listen to yourself again.
It’s not about becoming faster, but more aligned.
It’s about making decisions that fit you and from that, developing strength, presence and impact.
HOW?
Strong leadership begins where you understand yourself - not with tools, but with inner clarity.
My coaching isn’t about off-the-shelf methods.
It’s about you: your ways of thinking, your decisions, your impact.
I offer a structured, confidential space where you can reflect, experiment, adjust and grow - step by step - into your leadership role and your own path with greater confidence.
Through focused questions, clear reflection and practical impulses, complexity turns into focus, uncertainty into confidence, and pressure into presence.
WHAT?
1:1 Coaching,
because real growth is personal
Change doesn’t happen in seminar rooms and certainly not in group settings where people mostly talk about their challenges instead of truly exploring them.
I work with you one-on-one - individually, confidentially and as equals, because every topic, every dynamic and every situation in life and leadership is different.
And because real transformation only happens when it fits you, not a textbook.
In our work together, you create space for clarity - about yourself, your decisions, and your direction.
We focus on what truly moves you forward - structured, reflective and practical.

WHO?
Hi, I’m glad you’re here!
I’m Conny Lochelfeld - psychologist (Dipl.-Psych.), leader, mother of two boys, and coach for people stepping into leadership or reorienting in changing environments.
My path here wasn’t linear, but it’s been honest.
I grew up in a hands-on, craftsman family where doing mattered more than talking - a mindset that still shapes me today.
After studying psychology at Humboldt University, I jumped straight into the deep end: a start-up, building the HR department from scratch - no structures, lots of responsibility and even more learning.
Later, I moved into a global consulting firm - international teams, large projects, complex systems and political dimensions.
Over the years, I learned how to deliver and lead without losing myself - eventually becoming Director of People Analytics.
Today I know:
Leadership is a daily balancing act - between clarity and empathy, strategy and humanity, ambition and self-care.
I’ve met many brilliant experts who nevertheless struggled in leadership.
Not because they didn’t know enough but because they weren’t in touch with themselves and therefore others.
That’s exactly where my work begins: in my 1:1 coaching for emerging leaders and leaders in transitioning phases.
I’m a systemic coach in training, working with a blend of psychology, intuition and pragmatism.
My stance is clear: I say what I see - honestly, respectfully, directly.
Beyond my professional path, life itself has been my greatest teacher:
I grew up close to nature and very grounded. I’ve traveled the world - often alone - to find out who I am when I’m not being someone for others.
For a few years, I was the proud owner of a neo-Gothic mansion ruin (yes, really) and ran a Berlin sub-culture club alongside my studies (no joke and incredible lessons in courage, vulnerability and communication).
I’m also the mother of two wonderful boys who remind me every day what patience, perspective and humor truly mean.
And today?
I accompany people who don’t want to fit into roles but want to shape their lives and their work.
I work with leaders who want more than tools and models. With those who are ready to look at themselves honestly - even at the corners that are uncomfortable.
Looking forward to talking to you!
